What You'll Do:


* Evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans


* Provide hands-on therapy and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants


* Communicate with the care team on patient progress and goals


* Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques


* Recommend adaptive equipment to promote independence

Qualifications:


* Valid Occupational Therapist license (CA)


* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
