* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training in supply chain or inventory management preferred.


* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations-preferably in a manufacturing environment.


* Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and handheld inventory devices.


* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.


* Ability to lift and move materials as needed and work safely in a fast-paced production setting.


* Commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

* Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies using Oracle ERP tools and handheld scanners.


* Collaborate with production supervisors, materials management, and procurement personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting.


* Utilize Oracle ERP to log, verify, and analyze inventory data, ensuring real-time visibility and traceability.


* Support root cause analysis for inventory variances and assist in implementing corrective actions.


* Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in active manufacturing zones.


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and plant efficiency.


* Communicate effectively across departments to support production goals and inventory integrity.
