SENIOR ASSET PROTECTION SPECIALIST

Protect company assets by effectively executing safety, inventory recovery and theft reduction programs.

Assist with reducing lost inventory, time, and assets and monitor surveillance equipment and systems.

Identify, observe and apprehend shoplifters and others (internal or external) involved in criminal activity impacting the company.

Support district Asset Protection (AP) managers in the implementation and oversight of AP initiatives.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of retail AP experience
- Demonstrated ability to train others and maintain integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Ability to diffuse confrontational situations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
