Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Credit Analysis & Collections Management 


* Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits 


* Oversee the collection of outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments and managing delinquent accounts 


* Evaluate and mitigate credit risks to minimize financial losses. 


* Drive low receivables overdue and working capital opportunities

Technical support 


* Provide technical support and guidance on related sales distribution modules and credit/collections module eg FSCM 

 

Process Improvement 


* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in receivables, credit and collections operations 


* Analysis and reporting to drive information and initiative for improvement 

Training and Mentoring 


* Train and mentor junior analysts and other team members on best practices and technical tools
