About You
As the Key Account Manager for the Adult Care business, you will be responsible for key customers in the Netherlands.
The purpose of the role is to define and negotiate customer business plans and manage the business activities of National Customers to meet the national objectives, including responsibility for volume, pricing, profit, distribution, promotional planning and developing long-term relationships with them.
You will meet defined Sales value and profit targets in line with budgets.
You will report directly to the Commercial Leader Western and Central Europe for the Personal Care business.
You will manage a team of 2 members.
Location: we can offer a remote model for Dutch speakers already based in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Build and maintain strong business relationships at all relevant levels within the customer organization, leveraging senior Kimberly-Clark leadership when appropriate. 
•    Negotiate and align trading terms in accordance with Kimberly-Clark guidelines and customer objectives. 
•    Deliver against volume, pricing and profitability targets. 
•    Monitor the development of the reimbursement system in the Netherlands and assess potential business impact. 
•    Analyze internal and external data to provide customers with actionable insights to execute an effective business plan 
•    Develop, negotiate, and implement customer-specific Business Plans aligned with country priorities. 
•    Manage and control sales activities and promotional budgets to ensure optimal ROI. 
•    Collaborate with the Commercial Development Team to provide accurate and timely forecasts.
