Therapy & Wellness Specialist

SLP Therapy Clinical Specialist Opportunity at ASC Therapies

The SLP Therapy Clinical Specialist provides education, quality assurance, and clinical guidance to therapy teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient care.

This role supports ongoing staff development and promotes collaboration across therapy and interdisciplinary teams. 

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities? 


* Educates therapy staff in efficient delivery of skilled therapy services.

 


* Frequently includes training in effective time management, scope of billable services, and documentation of such services. 


* Performs quality assurance reviews of billing, documentation, and therapy screens to ensure compliance and accuracy. 


* Participates with annual performance review process of property therapy staff by providing input to the Executive Director or Director of Therapy related to employee performance and professional development needs. 


* Fosters and facilitates good working relationships within each property therapy department and with other disciplines within each property. 


* Educates and in-services therapy staff in areas of clinical and professional deficiency in an attempt to facilitate ongoing professional development and excellence. 

Requirements:


* Active Indiana SLP License


* Demonstrates C.A.R.E.
