Your Role

As an MDS LVN, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate assessments and compliance with regulatory standards.

You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to:


* Complete and manage MDS assessments


* Ensure documentation meets state and federal guidelines


* Support care planning and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For


* Current LVN license in good standing


* Experience with MDS assessments preferred
