Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) System Specialist

Overview:

As the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) System Specialist at the Barber National Institute, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Carelogic).

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and operational functionality of all RCM and billing processes within the system.
You will analyze, configure, and maintain payer fee schedules, billing rules, and claim processes for commercial, waiver, and Medicaid programs.

Working collaboratively with IT, finance, and program staff, you’ll ensure that system setups align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
