Downstream Planning Leader
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $86,640 - $120,900 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role:
The Downstream Value Stream Manager is responsible for organizing and optimizing internal material flows from receipt to customer delivery.
This role ensures efficient execution of production plans, maximizes service levels, and minimizes capital usage, while maintaining compliance with Schneider Electric's quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Flow Management
* Organize downstream flows to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
* Optimize material usage and production scheduling to meet customer demand.
* Expedite critical material deliveries and escalate issues when necessary.
Planning & Scheduling
* Define and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
* Maintain and update production plans to support procurement and delivery feasibility.
* Adjust schedules to accommodate priority changes, material shortages, or equipment downtime.
Performance & Reporting
* Monitor and improve site-level supply chain KPIs (OTDC, LTO, DIG, GIN).
* Manage data processing and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct ABC/FMR analysis and define lead times for large ETO projects using Gantt charts.
Continuous Improvement
* Actively contribute to Schneider Production System (SPS) initiatives.
* Support cross-functional projects and investment proposals.
* Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
* Promote awareness of PPE usage, pedestrian safety, and company policies.
