What you'll do


* Tender Strategy Development: Define and implement tailored tender strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.


* Bid Leadership: Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.


* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams to gather inputs and validate offer components.


* Business Unit Synergy: Act as a connector between business units to align tendering efforts for shared customers, ensuring a unified and strategic approach.


* Risk Management: Identify and assess commercial, contractual, and technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies.


* Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the tendering process, including clarifying requirements and negotiating terms.


* Process Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and templates to enhance future tendering efficiency.
