Janitor - Falcon Retail Store

Pay: $15.25/Hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 1pm - 9:30pm.

Off Saturday & Sunday

Objective

Perform specific assigned janitorial duties at our numerous retail stores while working to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded.  We prefer you are a team player and a professional who is willing to "roll up your sleeves!”

Requirements 


* 1 year previous custodial experience is a must.


* A valid Colorado Driver’s license may be required as well as the ability to pass our intra-company driving test.

 Job Duties 


* Sweep and mop floors


* Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces


* Clean and disinfect


* Vacuuming/Steam-clean carpets


* Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces


* Mix various cleaning agents


* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees


* Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean


* Apply wax to coat floors and buff


* Apply sealant to floors


* Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants


* May move heavy items such as furniture


* Identify and report possible repairs


* Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface


* Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation


* Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours


* Help provide a safe working environment for you, customers and fellow employees
