Recruiter Coordinator
Cornell Pump Company is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! The Recruiting Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the recruiting and HR team.
This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, and assisting with onboarding activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience while helping the organization attract and retain top talent.
Pay Rate: $24-$29 per hour
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site.
Occasional travel may be required for career fairs or recruiting events
Key Responsibilities
* Interview Coordination:
Schedule phone screens, interviews, and travel arrangements for candidates; coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a positive interview experience.
* Candidate Communication:
Manage candidate correspondence and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Recruiting Support:
Post job openings on the ATS system, job boards, and social media; assist with sourcing efforts as needed.
Coordinate and support recruiting tours for staffing agencies, community colleges, and other external partners.
* Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
* Team Collaboration:
Partner with HR and hiring managers to continually improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience.
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and/or special projects.
Qualifications
* Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
* Experience: 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience (corporate or agency setting).
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Positive, service-oriented attitude and team mindset.
