Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Field Operations Data Analyst – Shockwave Medical to join our team.

The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.

Position Overview

 The Field Operations Data Analyst works with the worldwide sales organization to bring process improvement and efficiency to inventory practices.

Through strong communication, robust problem solving, a natural curiosity to ask ‘why’, and recommending solutions.

He/she will contribute to the growth and evolution of data-informed decisions and action related to field operations.

 

Analysis & Reporting


* Identify and recommend areas of opportunity within field sales and communicate with key decision leaders within the company.


* Effectively communicate complex information to field sales force and commercial operations individuals.


* Create, monitor, and improve reports in PowerBI using metrics generated in Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems.


* Find the best / most simple solution while providing maximum benefit to our supported units.
