Job Description

Manage strategic product campaigns to Position Duralast within AutoZone, as the high-quality, high-performance brand for hard parts, in collaboration with the product marketing manager and the creative agency.

Responsibilities



* Develop strategic campaigns to Position AutoZone as the hard parts expert by communicating its value proposition; high quality, warranties, convenience, assortment and availability for both customer segments


* Develop strategic campaigns to position Duralast within AutoZone, as the high-quality, high-performance brand for hard parts in partnership with product specialist and consumer insights


* Ensure and communicate assortment, coverage, and availability to reinforce the brand awareness and develop relevant, differentiated claims and benefits to ensure competitiveness and superiority in partnership with cross-functional areas


* Develop and execute the annual communication strategy and marketing plan for both customer segments to ensure the brand health


* Define and execute all 360 brand and tactical campaigns, in partnership with Product Marketing Specialist and Creative Agency managing the brand's marketing budget effectively to support each campaign and initiative.


* Identify and leverage customer insights and usage habits to deliver customer centric communication in partnership with Customer insights team


* Align and implement the architecture, positioning and equity of all private label brands, including the Benefit Program Brand: Duralast, STP, TotalPro, ShopPro, SureBilt, ProElite, Valucraft, TruGrade, ClubPro+

Qualifications

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and cross-functional collaboration-especially in retail or consumer goods sectors.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Bilingual.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience managing private label brands.

Capable of synthesize technical data into a easy to understand communication.

Experience leading creative teams within fast-paced environments.
Other/Preferred: Marketing analytics tools, campaign management platforms, certifications in brand strategy are a plus.
