About the Role:

As a Procurement SR Analyst - Indirect Commodity Management you will be responsible for handling complex and strategic service procurement processes and ensuring the best negotiation for the company in commercial, technical, and contractual aspects.

This position is also responsible for detailed analysis, along with the procurement process, to mitigate risks and support day-to-day operations.

It requires close alignment with the operational and engineering teams, acting as a point of responsibility within the purchasing function.

Major Responsibilities:


* Manage services addressable spend, leading end-to-end procurement process of specialized services (engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance), ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements;


* Lead complex negotiations, defining the most suitable contractual models (EPC, EPCM, Turnkey, lump sum, unit price), applying innovative techniques, managing risks and trade-offs, and engaging multidisciplinary teams;


* Lead market engagement, such as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and
negotiations, on a regional basis;


* Commercial analysis of proposals for services providers, which includes deep analysis on cost structure breakdown, warranties, comparison and equalization of proposals, evaluation and establishing proper connection with technical proposals;


* Identify and execute opportunities on critical and complex scopes for cost reduction and supplier performance improvement, including alternating suppliers, renegotiating contracts to account for market changes, as well as influencing functional areas as needed;


* Provide guidance and leadership in processes to ensure that procurement strategies developed are aligned with overall global and regional strategies;

What you can bring to this role:


* Graduated in the field of supply management, engineering, business administration or related.

MBA or Master’s degree will be an advantage.


* Experience in procurement role, focused on contracting Maintenance Services.


* Strong experience in conducting end-to-end services bids, with high knowledge in cost breakdown analysis;


* Microsoft Excel and data management skills, as well as direct experience developing executive level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
