Position Summary:

ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp.

has a career opportunity for an on-site, hands-on, Corporate IT Manager.

This manager level position designs, develops, implements and manages the organization's information technology infrastructure, including computer systems, phone systems, telematics systems, network and related systems.

This is an exempt, full-time position with comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.


* Supervises direct reports by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.


* Manage helpdesk ticketing system functions.  Ensure transparency throughout incident management, request tracking, and problem resolution with clear and effective communication.


* Provide installation, configuration and support for Microsoft Exchange services (both on-premises and Office 365).


* Provide support for Microsoft Cloud Solutions including Office 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure


* Manage WAN and LAN operations, ensuring connectivity and compliance, upholding industry best practices.


* Manage all aspects of hardware and software inventory, procurement, maintenance, and cost allocation. 


* Implement recovery and backup procedures and periodically test data backup integrity.


* Manage IT security awareness training, design testing campaigns, and monitor user training fulfillment.


* Research and evaluate new technology, techniques, threats and industry best practices to optimize efficiency, usability and minimize vulnerabilities.


* Manage telematics application infrastructure and accounts.


* Assist with office building security and operations. 


* Provide staff assistance with diagnosing and solving IT related issues.


* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements:


* Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent certification(s) in Information Technology or equivalent prior, proven work experience in the field of Information Technology.


* Five plus years relevant corporate IT experience with at least three years in a leadership role in IT.


* Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively.


* Proficient understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Email Messaging Systems and Network Infrastructure.


* Experience with Firewalls, Email Security and Data Backup applications.
