J&J is recruiting for a Senior Manager Engineering & Construction projects reporting to the Sr Director, Project Management EMEA and to be based in Leiden, Netherlands.

The Senior Manager Engineering & Construction projects is accountable for the performance of assigned larger and more complex projects in region, leading thru Flawless Project Execution, the oversight and flexible application of scalable best practice Project Delivery Processes required thru the ideation, definition, execution and assessment phases; including, but not limited to driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, reducing cost and schedule, utilizing learning adoption internally and externally, overseeing commissioning, qualification and validation of FDA and other agency regulated facilities, technology transfer and regulations governing product manufacturing.

This role is responsible for managing a $ 10M-15MM/Year of a portfolio of facilities projects below $10M value each and support a portfolio of $30M/year of Site strategic projects for the facility scope, ensuring projects progress throughout the project leading the expedition of key activities across function, finding solutions to key problems, and communicating project progress...
