We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning to be based in Jacksonville, FL.
Purpose: The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for operationalizing commercial strategy, enabling sales execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
This position drives the development, communication, and execution of field sales Plan of Action (POA) end-to-end ensuring integration into Sales Process including internal and external Automation and Enablement resources.
Lastly, this position defines and executes the internal sales communication plan for the selling organization across multiple touchpoints (email, virtual, face-to-face connects).
You will be responsible for:
* Lead the cross-functional development and execution of the Plan of Action (POA) process, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization
* Serve as the strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to enable successful execution of company initiatives.
* Work closely with Sales Leadership in development of a POA calendar, ensuring a cohesive and regular cadence of communication across multiple vehicles
* Supports Sales & Marketing, up to and including the VP level, in the development & deployment of sales content for business meetings ensuring relevance and resonance with field needs.
