As a Senior Associate of Marketing Technology within JPM Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how JP Morgan Wealth Management Marketing operates, driving innovation through AI, process redesign, automation, and advanced technology.

Job responsibilities


* Intake, design, and deliver a target-state vision for faster, higher-quality end-to-end marketing execution.


* Own and lead two or more end-to-end process or capability projects within the transformation roadmap.


* Collaborate with marketing transformation product owners and cross-functional teams to design and build new processes and capabilities.


* Establish problem statements, opportunity goals, success measures, business requirements, dependencies, process maps, impact analyses, training, and go-to-market plans.


* Serve as the day-to-day connector across Wealth Management Marketing, leading progress and addressing barriers.


* Lead teams through change, challenge the status quo, and drive consistent marketing and customer experience.


* Document new capability benefits and processes, and roll out comprehensive training.


* Communicate project status and executive summaries to all levels through impactful storytelling.


* Build relationships to understand pain points, gather requirements, and drive solutions.


* Champion business and culture transformation with consistency, integrity, and humility.


* Operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing and communicating across all management levels.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 4 + years of related experience (product owner, marketing, or program management experience)


* End-to-end program delivery experience, including best practices, tools, and processes.


* Strategic thinker with proven analytical abilities, initiative, and creativity for successful execution.


* Ability to navigate ambiguity and define a path forward in large-scale initiatives.


* Familiarity with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Teams).


* Passion for technology and marketing.
