Asset Management - ETF Strategy Program Analyst

The Global ETF Insights team was established in 2024 as part of JPMAM's commitment to providing education and actionable insights to the market, with a particular emphasis on actively managed ETFs.

This dedicated group of experienced professionals focuses on researching ETF trends, analyzing market developments, and sharing thought leadership across asset classes-including equities, fixed income, liquidity, and multi-asset strategies.

The ETF Insights team leverages the firm's industry-leading research and investment expertise to deliver timely and relevant information to clients, investors, and market participants.

The team collaborates closely with ETF Capital Markets, ETF Product Development, and Investment Specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to ETF education and market intelligence.

This role will report to the Chief ETF Strategist and will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the ETF Insights program, supporting the firm's broader ETF business objectives.

Job summary: As an ETF strategist on the ETF strategy team you will be analyzing asset management and ETF market trends, using complex data to develop impactful presentations and support strategic ETF initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal teams to manage multifaceted projects and ongoing development of industry expertise, as well as proactively generating innovative ideas to drive success in the ETF space.

Job Responsibilities:


* Responsible for detailed research and analysis identifying and explaining Asset Management and ETF market trends


* Work with complex data sets and concepts to create compelling presentations on the ETF Industry.


* Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges in building out our robust ETF strategy


* Continually expand and deepen investment, industry and JPMAM ETF product knowledge; stay abreast of the current market environment, ETF trends and landscape, and relevant investment research


* The ability to project manage complex projects to deadlines; and contribute to the effective management of the International ETF range through partnership and collaboration with many internal groups and partners


* Proactively propose new presentations and ideas; and an ability to manage complex projects to deadlines

Required qualifications.

* 1-5+ years of financial services experience, including strong knowledge of financial markets and products


* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills needed to explain and convey research


* Excellent analytical skills, including hands-on experience with one or more of: Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FactSet or similar systems required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and coordinate across the firm


* High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity, ethics and ability to work independently
