About the business: Liquidity & Account Solutions works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers.

Job responsibilities


* Owns and is responsible for the entire product management life cycle including the vision, roadmap, continuous discovery, development, execution, risk management, data-driven decision-making, business targets, and our growth and long-term enterprise objectives.


* Acts as the voice of the customer by enabling the product team to conduct market research and lead ongoing improvements for a cohesive set of products, platforms, solutions, and channels that provide value to customers.


* Leads, coaches, mentors, and empowers the product team to execute across the product life cycle, while defining and instilling best practices


* Owns and is responsible for the overall success of the product through defined objectives, key results, key performance indicators, performance assessments, and product effectiveness.


* Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of the digital payments industry.


* Partner with sales, technology, legal, and credit management teams to ensure product solutions are client-ready, commercially viable, and compliant.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.


* Expert knowledge of product development methodologies, technical design, and data analytics


* Experience with identifying client needs and delivering tailored cash management solutions, leveraging products like physical / notional pooling and investment sweeps.
