What you will do

The Head of HR Global Quality is responsible for design and implementation of the full human capital strategy for the Global Quality organization.

This role shapes the HR agenda within their client group and actively supports their business partners through coaching, talent management, organizational design and strategic through partnership.

This role supports the Global Quality organization.

Key Responsibilities


* Partner with the business to drive a human capital strategy that anticipates and addresses future changes in business conditions.



* Serve as a thought partner and consultative advisor to business leaders, providing strategic advice and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive elevated levels of performance.



* Deeply understand the business objectives and drive the alignment of the organization's structure, roles and ways of working to achieve its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently.



* Own overall organizational effectiveness for the function - work with leaders to design and implement the optimal organizational structure inclusive spans of control and layers within the organization to facilitate communication, collaboration, and agility.



* Identify critical business capability needs and partner with business leaders to develop and execute appropriate strategies to strengthen the organization.



* Find innovative, forward-looking ways to elevate the impact and performance of existing systems and processes and new models to acquire resources to meet business needs.



* Develop the talent strategy in partnership with the leadership team to grow and advance diverse talent pools.



* Use data and analytics to unearth key talent insights and translate into solutions and relevant action to address critical themes.
