Salary circa £43,000 per annum plus 34 days leave rising to 39 and matching pension contribution up to 7%

What you’ll do


* Prepare financial analysis to support development and delivery decisions


* Track monthly changes in our pipeline and explain the financial impact


* Partner with project managers to challenge and improve performance


* Support the Lead Finance Business Partner with reporting and insights


* Help us make smart, commercial choices that benefit our customers

You have…


* A part or full finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent experience


* Strong business partnering skills and commercial awareness


* Experience in a finance team, ideally within development or delivery


* An eye for detail and a clear view of the bigger picture


* Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment

* You’ll work Monday to Friday


* You’ll manage your own diary


* We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
