* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field required.


* Minimum 4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting, including development of dashboards, visualizations, or SQL-based reports.


* SQL proficiency and database familiarity required; ability to create, join, and manipulate datasets for reporting and analysis.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* 4-5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support, analyst, or functional role.

In-depth ERP expertise is not required; training will be provided to develop deeper knowledge of company-specific processes and systems.


* Project management experience in small to midrange initiatives is a plus.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
