eCommerce Product Solutions-Payments-Associate

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate within Merchant Services, eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions, you play a crucial role in defining and configuring complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities.

You leverage research and client feedback to craft unique product solutions in collaboration with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.

Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Chase & Co processing over $2.2 Trillion in annual transaction volume.

Merchant Services is a leading providers of payment, fraud, and data security for companies of all sizes and is engaging in a multi-year international expansion, platform modernization.

The candidate is a strategic and analytical leader and is passionate about delivering solutions to clients.

The candidate should have experience facilitating and influencing product, sales, and technology transformations.

The candidate should possess an understanding of how corporations leverage payments and fintech services to manage and grow their business.

Job responsibilities


* Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product


* Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients


* Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral


* Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products


* Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports


* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization


* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


* Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Exposure to, knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)


* Familiarity with payments, merchant services, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and fintech payments products


* Experience in strategy consulting a plus


* MBA degree a plus
