Customer Service Rep I - Claims Alert

Processes and input new first notice of loss insurance claims and inquiry calls.


* High school diploma is required.


* 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience.


* Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone.


* Strong computer and keyboard skills.


* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


* Good time management abilities.


* Strong analytical and problem solving ability.


* Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.


* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.


* Good interpersonal skills.


* Strong work ethic.

* Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.


* Conducts emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with client.


* Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL.


* Achieves and maintains proficiency with all client instructions.


* Meets or exceeds call center standards.


* Provides excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers.


* Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested.


* Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.
