Trainer (9:30pm - 6:00am)

Set Pay Rate: $30.32 Per HourShift: 9:30pm - 6:00amSchedule: Wednesday - Sunday (Off on Mondays & Tuesdays)Job Summary:Responsible for the training of all personnel assigned to the contract in accordance with cleaning quality standards.

Position requires strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and respect for persons with disabilities.Location: BWI AirportEssential Functions:


* Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications


* Maintain a positive relationship with staff members


* Supervise the training program on all shifts assigned to the contract in accordance with cleaning quality specifications/standards and in accordance with their position


* Provide training records/documentation to Training Manager to file


* Coordinate with Supervisors to make sure trainings are scheduled and performed.


* Ensure compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards


* Coordinate with Shift Managers and Supervisors to evaluate operational training needs.


* Supervise the implementation of steps/action to target training to improve the quality of work that is identified by Chimes Quality Assurance Manager, MAA Inspectors or Elliott Reports as substandard and set through the Training Manager


* Check and evaluate performance on all shifts.


* Ability to work across all three shifts as needed.


* Acts as a back-up Training Manager when needed.


* Work with Chimes Training Manager to provide training and guidance to staff in regards to all equipment and processes.


* Use modern technology for the completion of specified job duties


* Provide at least 40 hours of supervision per week


* Observe and ensure compliance with MAA's rules for the site, security and safety guidelines and Chimes Rules for The Workplace.


* Observe and ensure compliance with BWI Security Procedures for unescorted access privileges to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)


* Pass and comply with CPR/First Aid training and OSHA training


* Attend mandatory meetings


* Other duties assigned by the Training Manager and/or Project Manager.

Secondary Functions:


* Assist in the planning and implementation of staff development programs


* Perform other duties and tasks as needed
