The Job Details are as follows:

The Senior Web and Digital Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally to implement digital marketing strategies including conversion-rate optimization, testing and experimentation, search marketing, and user experience enhancements that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.

It develops a deep understanding of our customers and site visitors in the library community through data collection, integrations, insights, and partnerships and uses those insights to inform web strategy, optimization, data automation, and cross-channel tactics.

And, most of all, this position requires a strong desire and aptitude for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement in an ever-changing marketing landscape that includes new approaches that leverage AI to help increase demand and create innovative experiences.
