Westminster Communities of Florida, a nationally recognized not-for-profit, faith-based senior living organization, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our dedicated Home Care team in St.

Petersburg, FL.

As the RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Supervising and mentoring caregivers to promote best practices and compassionate service.


* Developing and overseeing individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.


* Ensuring compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.


* Collaborating with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We Are Seeking:

We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional who brings both clinical expertise and a heart for service.

Ideal candidates will have:


* A current State of Florida RN license in good standing.


* At least one (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).


* Proven experience in Home Care settings (required).


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


* A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
