RN - Fort Atkinson Specialty Clinic

100% FTE, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

No weekends or holidays.

You will work at the regional Specialty Clinic located within Fort Memorial Hospital at 611 Sherman Ave E in Fort Atkinson, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


* Work as part of a small team in a fast-paced, regional ambulatory setting bringing specialized care and convenient access to UW Health patients locally.


* Perform triage and inbasket messaging for patients of multi-specialties within the clinic to include urology, allergy, cardiology, neurology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, pulmonology, rheumatology, sleep medicine and vascular surgery.


* Provide focused support to the urology specialty by assisting providers with in clinic urology procedures, scheduling surgeries and providing patient education.

Qualifications


* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
