80% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with one day off per week.

Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


* Bring your readiness to learn about endocrinology as a valued member of our team.

This position will focus on Endocrinology conditions and Osteoporosis.


* There is NO Diabetes care with this position


* Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone, MyChart and in clinic.


* Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures.


* Provide education and guidance to patients and families.


* Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and medical assistants.


* Use nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure each patient receives remarkable care.


* Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.

Qualifications


* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
