Sales Manager, Process Automation

What will you do?


* Develop and implement strategic sales plans within the country for driving aggressive and sustainable growth


* Identify and develop strategies (together with the Business Vice President as Division Head and Marketing functions) to penetrate target accounts/markets and drive customer diversification to improve Schneider Electric's presence in the country and across all sales channels, including distribution sales


* Responsible for the sales team establishment including overall recruitment and selection of sales personnel and ensure proper training and staffing levels, in collaboration with HR


* Retain and develop talents through coaching and engagement activities


* Maintain effective communication with the whole sales team and communicate strategies, goals, and actively provide feedback


* Interface with all levels of management to engage on pricing and terms negotiations and to resolve business challenges as they may come: skillfully communicate especially with C-level customers

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's degree or above


* At least 5 years of expertise in Process Automation and/or the industrial technology sector (software or hardware)


* Proven capability of leading a sales organization with team management experience


* Experience as leader driving strategy and team facilitation


* Experience with financial, cost, pricing and data-driven analytical skills
