In this role, you will:

Integrates with existing and future technology.

The role will be responsible for designing and developing new network solutions, improving the performance and scalability of existing systems, helping define security best practices, and developing innovative, cutting-edge tools for the network.



* Lead or contribute to the technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and installation of technical solutions that meet business expectations.


* Prepare detailed evaluations, requirements, and recommendations for technical and architecture designs for new network technologies/services and their integration into the enterprise.


* Architect, design, deploy, document, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.


* Expertise in setting and managing client expectations, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of client trust and confidence.


* Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new software, hardware, tools, systems, and processes to provide state-of-the-art network operations.


* Build and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring that accurate information is always available to other colleagues.


* Ensure maximum availability, integrity, and performance of the network infrastructure.


* Act as a technical escalation contact for users, more junior team members, and other teams.


* Strong troubleshooting skills accompanied by creative thinking to resolve complex and non-complex issues.


* Comply with approved policies and processes defined by network and other groups.
