We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics to join our US Surgical Vision team.  This position is based out of our Irvine, CA office on a hybrid schedule.

Purpose:

The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in translating insights into growth strategies for our US Surgical Vision team.  This role will be a close analytics partner for our sales and sales operations teams and will ensure data-based decisions in these areas.  This position will report to the Sr.

Manager, Commercial Analytics.

You will be responsible for:



* Channel and Key Account Dashboards: Partner with Corporate Accounts and Sales to harmonize data structures and design, automate, and deploy interactive dashboards and web applications that deliver insights to both internal stakeholders and strategic customers.


* Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning: Build predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., pricing elasticity, churn risk, demand forecasting, or customer segmentation) to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Translate model outputs into business actions through intuitive tools and visualizations.


* Pricing Analytics: Partner with Sales Leadership and Contracting teams to design pricing performance dashboards, margin tracking tools, and scenario simulations, providing insights that shape the future pricing strategy.
