We’re currently seeking a Counter Person for a dual role in Parts and Rentals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Rental Counter Duties



* Manage a fleet of Bobcat track loaders, excavators, and attachments.


* Assist customers in selecting the right equipment and attachments for their needs.


* Inspect, clean, and prepare equipment to ensure it's rental-ready.


* Check in returned equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing.


* Review rental reports and work with the Branch Manager to maximize profitability.


* Schedule and coordinate transportation for rental equipment.


* Maintain inventory of trailers and related assets.


* Promote safe operation and handling of all rental equipment.


* Provide an exceptional rental experience, both independently and as part of a team.

Parts Counter Duties



* Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection in a professional, efficient manner.


* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


* Monitor inventory levels and process special orders as needed.


* Support the Parts Manager in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications



* Strong customer service and communication skills.


* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


* Basic computer proficiency and comfort with administrative tasks.


* Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
