Are you a creative, driven professional with a passion for connecting people and building strong community relationships? Oak River Rehab is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to lead our public relations and outreach initiatives!

As our Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in promoting our high-quality care and services throughout the community.

You'll develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our reputation, increase census, and strengthen our partnerships with residents, families, and local organizations.

What You'll Do:


* Plan, organize, and direct all marketing and public relations activities for the facility.


* Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community leaders.


* Create engaging content for internal and external communications, newsletters, and media releases.


* Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and use data to improve outreach and engagement.


* Collaborate with department leaders to align messaging and promote a positive, caring image of our facility.


* Participate in community events, civic groups, and charitable activities representing Oak River Rehab.


* Ensure all communications comply with privacy and confidentiality regulations.

What We're Looking For:


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


* Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing or public relations experience—healthcare experience preferred.


* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a flair for creative, strategic thinking.
