Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Transformation within our Global Strategic Marketing team for Biosurgery, you will play a dynamic and critical role in driving the evolution of our portfolios.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement strategies aligned with local market needs while employing global capabilities.

Your ability to connect with diverse teams will ensure the effective implementation of portfolio initiatives.

This role is entirely focused on the optimization and with LCM of key parts of the portfolio and will be a limited duration role for 2 years, eventually becoming part of the Biosurgery GSM team thereafter

Key Responsibilities:


* Leadership of Hit Next execution in the Biosurgery portfolio: Lead and drive the execution of Hit next execution plans to ensure the Biosurgery platform is transformed to become more competitive.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with regional and country leaders to support the development and implementation of market transition strategies that align with global portfolio optimization efforts.
