We are searching for the best talent for Asset Manager.

Purpose:
The Asset Manager will support the deployment of the AM Framework for key sub-regions within the AMERS region to drive facility maintenance excellence through the adoption of standardized AM and reliability practices.

This role will work closely with both J&J operated facilities and key third parties including designated integrated facility service providers while fostering collaboration across our E&PS organization to provide best in class facilities that exceed our customers expectations by delivering safe, compliant, and efficient properties across our J&J supply chain.

In this role, you will support the regional Asset Manager with driving the deployment of key risk and asset management standards, programs and initiatives throughout the lifecycle of our facility assets and systems.  Key programs supported will include the ARC (Asset Risk and Compliance) programs such as ESSP, BSP, FM Global, Facility Uptime in addition to strengthening our maturity in key asset management area such as planning and scheduling, RCM (reliability centred maintenance), CMMS master and transactional data maturity, long-range forecasting, and proactive maintenance strategies including both traditional condition monitoring along with advance machine learning and data analytics platforms that suppo...
