What You'll Do


* Create and guide personalized treatment plans


* Help residents improve strength, function, and daily living skills


* Track progress and adjust therapy as needed


* Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team


* Empower residents and families through education and encouragement

What We're Looking For


* Active Alaska OT license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
