We are searching for the best talent for a Process Control Specialist  to be in Gent.

Our Engineering & Production Services (E&PS) team is committed to ensuring that our building systems operate safely, efficiently, and continuously, 24/7.

In this collaborative role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of process control specialists.

You will be responsible for:


* Ensure smooth operation of utilities, HVAC, and safety systems (fire, gas, O₂ detection).


* Lead technical investigations and drive process improvements.


* Manage permits, coordinate shutdowns, and oversee safe execution of work.


* Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to maintain compliance and performance.


* Support continuous improvement and standardization using our IMS platform.

Qualification and requirements:


* Proven experience with Siemens TIA-portal or S7, and strong electrical/instrumentation knowledge.


* Familiarity with CMMS (SAP), HVAC, utilities, and energy systems.


* Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach and understanding of GmP (a plus).


* Strong collaboration skills and resilience during peak periods.


* Willingness to join our standby system for 24/7 availability.


* Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
