WHAT YOU'LL DO


* Under direction of the Quality Manager / Senior Management, respond to and follow up on external customer concerns and Corrective Action Requests representing the “Voice of the Customer”


* Maintain the Quality Management System and ISO/IATF 16949 Certifications.


* Operate with proficiency in automotive quality problem solving disciplines (Ishikaw, 3-Legged/5-Why, 8D, etc.).

Root cause analysis and implementation of permanent corrective action for product and process related concerns.
