Purpose:

The Care Liaison (CL) is the primary contact for prescription referrals, handling intake, data entry, referral processing, outbound mail, and triaging inquiries.

The CL will collaborate will work cross-functionally to support the patient service program.

Responsibilities:


* Serve as the primary point of contact for prescription referrals.


* Execution of end-to-end processes to support appropriate data entry and referral triaging.


* Support activities including intake and data entry of prescription referrals, referral processing, inbound faxing, and preparing outbound mail for patient/prescriber.


* Work cross-functionally across Operations in supporting the patient service program such as reimbursement, case management and pharmacy triage support. 


* Prepare outbound mail and/or faxes for patients.


* Problem solving skills for resolving discrepancies in patient, prescriber or insurance information.


* Uphold patient privacy laws and foster collaborative team relationships.


* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


* High school diploma


* Minimum of 2 years of solid customer service experience


* Ability to efficiently navigate multiple screens and systems to perform work.

Ability to work assigned 8 hour shift between program operating hours of 8am-8pm EST.


* Typing speed of at least 50+ WPM with high accuracy


* Ability to proficiently use Microsoft programs.


* Ability to thrive in a regulated, remote, high-volume environment
