Job Description:

About the role



* Maximizes the growth of a certain TA by developing and delivering the TA’s commercial and sales strategy to achieve business objectives in line with laws and regulations


* Accountable for funds and resource allocation across products in the TA


* Leads the cross-functional team and provides thought leadership, subject matter and therapeutic expertise


* Drives the TA to achieve best-in-class commercial market positioning


* Leadership and talent development within the TA


* Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCPs and patients using the products

Key responsibilities



* Leads and steers a specific TA in the development and execution of the cross- functional brand strategies and the respective business plan based on deep market and TA insights with the TA’s Country Value Teams  (CVT) in line with the EMEA and national strategy to achieve the committed business objectives with the agreed resources.


* Leads the commercial and sales functions for the assigned TA and develops high- performing individuals and builds a talent pipeline and a high-performance culture.


* Track and report the business performance, identify deviations and recommend operational and strategic options to improve the commercial performance.


* Leads a specific TA in developing and executing a cross-functional multi-channel stakeholder engagement plan for competitive advantage, driving external focus and customer interaction excellence principles in the CVT.


* Leads the cross-functional team (Medical, Market Access, Business Excellence) and engages other functions as required to execute strategy and maximize growth


* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as customers, patient groups and policy makers, to continuously monitor the external environment and identify opportunities and threats as well as responding with appropriate action.


* Contributes to the EMEA commercial strategy by providing local market expertise, sharing best practices and representing the local interest


* Drives accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making and empowerment to the lowest level possible
