Your Day to Day:


* Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.


* Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets facility standards.


* Schedule and coordinate housekeeping shifts to meet facility needs.


* Train and support housekeeping team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.


* Order and manage housekeeping supplies within budget guidelines.


* Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive working environment.

What We're Looking For:


* Previous experience in housekeeping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


* Strong organizational and time-management skills.


* Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive attitude.


* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
