The Senior Outreach Counselor plays a key role in supporting and training program providers through regular sessions and ongoing communication.

This position involves travel, attending recruitment events, resolving escalated issues, and managing high-priority concerns.

The Specialist collaborates with clients and stakeholders to implement policy changes, stays current on project updates, and completes additional assignments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Office applications (excel, word, outlook) and previous customer service experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

- Stay updated on project details and changes.

- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
