Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key EPC contractors, HVAC contractors, and nodal agencies in the water segment.


* Serve customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored technical solutions.


* Drive sales of LV/MV switchgear products through technical expertise and consultative selling.


* Manage and grow business with Power Discom customers.


* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.

Functional Competencies:


* Deep understanding of the water subsegmentand HVAC segment, including STP, WTP, and irrigation systems.


* Proven experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, and related technologies.


* Strong technical knowledge of switchgear products and their applications.


* Ability to manage complex customer relationships and provide strategic solutions.

Behavioural Competencies:


* Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.


* Strong teamwork and collaboration


* High level of work ethicand professional integrity.



* Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience:


* 5 to 10 yearsof relevant experience in sales and technical roles within the water and HVAC segments.
