* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline


* 5 years of professional experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, and/or production environment


* 3 years of experience leading a team


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:


* Knowledge of aerospace forging, machining, & manufacturing processes


* Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and related computer skills


* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


* Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large projects and interact with all organization levels


* Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints


* Proven ability to lead and develop a team through effective coaching, development, feedback, and performance management

Benefits/Salary:
