* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline


* 3 years of professional experience in an engineering role in a manufacturing and/or production environment

Preferred Qualifications:


* Engineering Degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering, from an accredited institution


* 5 years of experience designing tooling or fixtures


* Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks


* Experience in a metal forming industry


* Experience with tooling for CNC machines


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Team player; ability to interact effectively with other employees in a manufacturing environment


* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


* Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks)


* Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
