Full-Time | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do


* Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming facility


* Train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members


* Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with infection control standards


* Maintain supply inventory and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained


* Collaborate with leadership and nursing staff to meet the needs of residents and families

What We're Looking For


* Previous experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably in healthcare


* Leadership or supervisory experience a plus


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and lead a team with positivity
