What You'll Do:


* Deliver direct care and support with compassion and respect


* Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, etc.


* Promote a homelike, safe environment while upholding resident dignity


* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions


* Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans


* Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

* Are a current CNA in California (or have completed an approved OBRA program)
